The main character, Toshihiko Higashi, who runs a cab company, has a proclivity to get excited when women hold back on the toilet. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a movie where a woman has to endure the toilet.

Then one day, a beautiful woman named Misaki applies for the job. On the day of the training, Azuma drives the car into a mountain road with no toilet.

Female Desperate Vol2 Kaori (Small)
The first half of Misato’s part A beautiful woman named Kaori joins the company Azuma runs. One day, on the way home from a drinking party, she can’t stand to use the restroom anymore and urinates outdoors. When Azuma sees her, he takes advantage of her.

One day, Kaori is invited for a drive, but Azuma forbids her to go to the bathroom for a day. Kaori tries not to let him know about her urge to urinate, but the urge finally gets the better of her and she confides in him. The two go to the office to use the restroom. There, they find a trap set by Azuma. This is the story of a total of 15 hours of fierce pee endurance.

Miwa(Small)

Miki’s version (small – with peeing)
An episode of Higashi Toshihiko during his time as a company employee. On a company trip, he went on a bus trip for two days and one night. There was a young and beautiful bus guide, Miki, among the company’s all-male comfort group. After being drunk by the passengers on the bus, Miki tried to use the restroom at the service area, but was prevented from doing so by Toshihiko. Then the bus gets stuck in a traffic jam.

In this episode, Miki is tormented by the diuretic effect of beer and asks Toshihiko, the organizer of the trip, for help.

Female Desperate Vol3 Saki’s version (small – with peeing)
In this episode, Saki is invited to a fireworks display by Toshihiko Higashi, the hero she has feelings for. I really want to see Saki’s peeing endurance, and Toshihiko makes a careful plan and puts it into action. In the middle of the fireworks, Saki has a fierce urge to go to the bathroom, but she is too embarrassed by her first date to confide in him. Female Desperate Vol4 Episode 1 Mariko (Small)
One year after Vol2. Toshihiko has decided to establish a new company. His classmate Mariko shows interest in the new business and decides to accompany him on an inspection. On the way to the company, Toshihiko laces Mariko’s drink with a diuretic because he really wants to see her hold her pee.

Mariko has a raging urge to urinate, but she can’t find a toilet on the country road. At the end of her patience, Mariko decides to urinate in the car. It’s a great way to get to know the people in your life.

Episode 2 Mariko (Small)
The company they visit is run by Toshihiko’s best friend, Yoshio Mitarai. In this episode, you’ll learn how to make your own pee-pee.

During a meeting, the second wave of diuretics hits, and Mariko writhes in agony with the need to urinate. What is the answer that Mariko comes up with in this situation where she can’t go to the bathroom?

Female Desperate Vol.5
The main character, Toshihiko Higashi, starts a small TV station in his hometown. Maiko Sagawa, who was selected after a rigorous screening of her looks, has grown to become a popular announcer with a signature program called “Route Bus Trip with Beautiful Female Announcers. One day on location, Maiko is told by Higashi that today’s recording will be broadcast live on a nationwide network.

The location starts at a coffee shop. Maiko was to compare five different kinds of coffee here. When she was savoring her last cup of coffee, Azuma told her that there was no time left before the bus, and she rushed out of the store and jumped on the bus.

After a while of filming, Maiko feels a strong urge to urinate due to the diuretic effect of coffee. Maiko wants to tell Azuma that she needs to go to the bathroom, but she is too embarrassed to tell him in front of the audience because it is a live broadcast.
