Since then, she has admired Saki and has made it her life’s goal to become a woman as cool as Saki. She is good at blending in with the crowd, because she is not as noticeable as she looks. She is currently using her strengths to work as a detective in Fujikyo. When she returns to her hometown for a relative’s memorial service, she meets Saki again.

(CV:藍月音帆)マリの高校時代の同級生。元々は王子様キャラの優等生で明るい性格だったが、高校卒業後に通称「都市伝説」と呼ばれる奇病にかかり口が裂けてしまったことで人生が一変する。周囲の人間からは迫害され、許嫁からは婚約を解消され、精神を病んでしまう。現在は都市伝説の病に冒された人だけを集めた風俗店で「口裂け女」として働いている。見世物小屋的な趣の強い店で、お世辞にも待遇がいいとは言い難いが、都市伝説に対して強い偏見の残る地方在住のSakiにとっては自分の存在を認めてもらえる数少ない場所であり、救いになっている。

Because of the pronounced external changes, it often tends to be persecuted in closed communities. Surgical treatments are ineffective, and many suffer from mental illness due to the cleft.
