The first half is mainly [underwater] sound effects.
You can feel the comfort of being shaken by water, naturally becoming distant from consciousness and sleeping as if you were dead.
The sound of the river and the boat in the second half were recorded in nature using 3-dio.
The river sound is from the Awa River on Yakushima Island, and the boat sound was recorded at Lake Kameyama in Chiba Prefecture.
