Part 2 of the Virgin Lieutenant Himeko series.

Himeko Matsudaira is a young career police officer who struggles in Sodo Ward, aka Sodom, a blank slate in Japan and the country’s largest crime area.
In an attempt to stop the government’s ambitions in Sodom, she contacts one of Sodom’s shadowy rulers, Choan, and asks for his cooperation, but as a test of her trust, she ends up working at a brothel.
