In light of the deep scars left by World War II on battlefields around the world, a treaty banning some weapons and
and the banning of nuclear weapons, a third-party tribunal for war codes was established.
The War Covenant Tribunal [Eject], commonly known as the Red Card, was established with funding from all nations.
A certain amount of order begins to return to this broken world.

Time flies, it’s the 1960s.
Fifteen years after the ceasefire, the hatred and pride that had built up in the world became too much, and World War III, known as the Cold War, broke out.
Clarissa and John of the National War Tribunal are on the front lines of the Japanese military in Australia investigating alleged treaty violations.
It is the first time in history that a Japanese military officer has been taken into custody as a witness.
