Maybe it’s because I’m getting older, but lately I’ve been getting more and more irritated for no reason.
I think I’m also getting more and more angry about trivial things over a long period of time.
In my daily meditation, I suddenly analyzed myself about the cause of this.
I have come to the conclusion that my brain may be craving anger itself.
The brain has an aversion to boredom, and some research suggests that a lack of stimulation can affect memory and concentration.
For the brain, [anger], [pleasure], and [joy] may be perceived as equivalent [stimuli].
If this is the case, then I guess anger is not useless.
However, being irritated all the time can cause stress, which can have various negative effects.
The smallest of attitudes, words and actions can destroy relationships.
But that’s not good. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to prevent this.
I’ve been thinking about what I can do about it, and that’s how I came up with this piece.
The concept behind this work is that if the brain is seeking anger as a stimulus, then giving it a large amount of another stimulus will eliminate the need to seek anger.
-The sound of rain and the sound of a fire, both of which have irregular rhythms, can also have a tickling effect on the back of the ear.
-The image of hemi-sync slowly suppressing emotions as it changes from low to very low frequencies.
It is moderately difficult to listen to quiet healing music when you are angry, so I use a thick sound to make up the whole piece so that I can listen to the above two points unconsciously.
How to use
Please make sure to use headphones or earphones.
Use headphones with high bass reproduction performance.
(If the bass reproduction capacity is low, the bass will sound like just vibration noise.)
Use it while sitting in a room where privacy can be ensured.
Use in a safe place, preferably in a parked car.
Close your eyes and breathe.
Listen to this piece without thinking, as if you were gazing blankly at the back of your eyelids.
Precautions for use
Hemi-Sync is used.
Do not use this product in areas where privacy and safety cannot be ensured, as it is extremely dangerous.
I don’t know what kind of negative effects it may have on the human body if used for a long period of time.
Use only once a day at your own risk.
