If possible, turn off the lights in your room and lie on your back with your eyes closed.
Use headphones or similar.

For best results, listen while taking slow, deep breaths.

Breathe in for 7 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and breathe out slowly for 7 seconds.

The 7 seconds is just a guideline. For example, you can count 7 for the pulsing sound.

Don’t think about anything, just concentrate on your breathing.

Mozart’s Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Variation starts after 9 minutes.

I’ve heard that the Mozart Therapy thing is actually being done in Japan and abroad.
This is the first time I’ve ever heard this song played to the sound of waves to further enhance the healing effect.
