The War Covenant Tribunal [Eject], commonly known as the Red Card, was established with funding from all nations.
A certain amount of order begins to return to this broken world.

Time flies, it’s the 1960s.
Fifteen years after the ceasefire, the hatred and pride that had built up over the years became too much, and World War III, known as the Cold War, broke out.
Clarissa and John, a national war tribunal on the front lines of the Japanese army in Australia, investigating alleged treaty violations.
It is the first time in history that a Japanese military officer has been taken into custody as a witness.
