The content of this work is a loose training to train the body trunk by standing on one leg for one minute on the right leg and one minute on the left leg, for a total of two minutes.

The contents of this work
One-legged Stand Core Training Level 1: One-legged stand with feet lightly raised
Level 2: Standing on one leg with both hands in a pose and one leg raised lightly.
One Legged Stand Core Training Level 3: One Legged Stand with Legs Raised
Level 4: Pause with both hands and lift one leg high.

In this work, the exercises are designed to match the stage of the person doing the exercise, from [Level 1 exercises that anyone can do] to [Level 4 exercises that are strenuous].
There are four levels of core training available.
