Author’s comments
This is the third work in the series, which deals with the theme of freedom supremacy x bioethics, and the theory of freedom in bioethics, which was not really touched in the previous works.
Among the negative liberty theories, which often give a radical impression, I think that linking bioethics, especially suicide and organ trafficking, with freedom is a counterintuitive argument for many people. For this reason, in the past, I have voluntarily avoided writing about such topics in articles for requested journals that are not privately published, in order to avoid giving a negative impression to the journal.
However, with the current coronary shock and the associated increase in depression and suicides, there seems to be a growing interest in bioethics in our society. In this context, we thought it might be of some significance to consider the issue of bioethics from a certain standpoint without discernment, so we created a re-released version.
This paper is the first essay of my personal work, which I wrote by myself, selecting all the themes and contents of the essay. This is my first personal essay.
