Ear buds

This is a fish-bone earpick that only Makoto Koma, an ayakashi from the sea, would be able to handle.
I was conscious of how much I could express in sound the reproduction of this special material – ear picks made by shaving the bone of a bonito tail – and tried to soften it comfortably.
The ear buds also evoke the sound of distant waves. I tried to reproduce the environmental sound of waves in a way that would not interfere with the sound of the ear buds.
Please enjoy the harmony of the sound of the ocean and the sound of the waves as you scratch your ears.

■ASMR
Aside from the ear scratching, I was particular about the ASMR elements in the nature sounds, especially those related to fish.
To give you an example, the reel sound in the fishing part.
I went to a used fishing tackle store, touched many reels, bought the one that made the most pleasant sound, and recorded the sound effect.

Environmental sounds
Environmental sounds are recorded by field recording.
We use three recorders at all times, some fixed and some moving, to find the most comfortable sound at the recording point.
Even if I use headphones or earphones with high sound insulation, in places where the volume of the environmental sound itself is high, the [sound being recorded] and the [sound being made] will inevitably mix, so I record as many elements as possible and adjust the sound based on the most comfortable one.

He takes you out fly-fishing in the Monobe River, and serves you freshly caught fish, which he prepares brilliantly on the riverbank.
