But that’s all I know. I don’t want to be told to be more free.

Live your life according to your parents’ discipline.
Go to school according to your parents.
Marry the man your parents thought you should marry.
I’m sure that’s the life. I have no complaints about that.

It’s just that I wasn’t good enough to live up to my parents’ expectations.
I was forced to quit all my lessons, cram school, and get a private tutor.
I had no complaints. Because what the “adults" say is right.
