Content
The last sanctuary where humans and ayakashi can live together.
A hidden village deep in the mountains of Kochi, Shikoku. The port of Kochi is the shortest distance from the sea to Monobeno.
The girl you met there was dressed in classical fashion, and her shoes were red.
When a girl from the United States asks you how to get to Monobeno, you kindly tell her, and then, as if by fate, you meet her again.
The girl’s name is Mary.
It’s easy to see that she grew up happy and contented, with a cheerfulness that doesn’t stick to her and an elegant manner.
The two of them hit it off right away, and as they go on a series of walking dates, the chip in Mary’s heel falls off.
[What should I do, it’s a very important shoe].
To ease Merry’s sorrow, you repair and polish her precious red shoes.
Whenever your hands polish the shoes, the dullness will be removed, the shine will be restored, and Mary’s face will shine.
The tap dance steps that Mary performs for you are light, yet comfortable, and will shake your eardrums and your heart.
With each step, their hearts grow closer.
Eventually, Mary tells you about her past and wishes to be close to you.

I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s a great idea to have a little bit of time to think about it.

A kind and gentle pastor and his wife took in a Japanese girl who was destitute and could no longer be raised in her birthplace, and brought her to America.
She was given a new name, Mary, and her body was filled with their love and guidance.
Mary grew up to be fashionable, beautiful, and bright.
She has table manners and dancing skills befitting a child of the upper class, and her personality is too cheerful and friendly, and her behavior and language are a bit too frank, but that’s not a problem for Merry, by any means. –She is worthy of being called a lady, even if she is only a little bit naughty.
This is the first time in 100 years that Mary has returned to Japan on a boat.
In response to an invitation from the land god of Monobeno, Gokaisachan, she went to the port of Kobe instead of Yokohama.
Let your black hair and dainty appearance and your red shoes shine, still vividly beautiful after 100 years.
