Listen to the sound of silence.
Mr. Nakamura Tenpu, who has been a great influence on me.
I created this work with reference to the meditation method [stable percussion technique] developed by Mr. Nakamura.
Note
This work is different from our other works in that it is not an effective work just by listening to it.
Please use it as an auxiliary audio for meditation.
How to use this work
Take a deep breath at the beginning, then continue breathing at a comfortable pace.
Close your eyes and listen to this work in a comfortable position, concentrating on the sound of the orin.
Remain focused and immerse yourself for a while in the sound of [silence] that you feel the moment the sound disappears.
。
When the sound of the orin gradually fades away and there is complete silence
When the sound of the orin gradually fades away and there is complete silence, it is said that for a short time at first you will be able to enter a state of mindlessness, where you are not thinking or thinking about anything.
We live in a state of mindlessness every day.
I have no money.
[I don’t want to go to work].
[I hate that person]
[I’m worried about the future] etc.
It is expected to refresh your mind by entering the state of [no thoughts and no ideas], a state free from these distractions.
If you compare the mind to a vessel, nothing more can enter a vessel that is filled to the top with the liquid of distractions.
By emptying the vessel of your mind, you make room for positive and happy things to pour into your mind.
How it works
This is the effect I felt when I actually used it.
It’s true that you can enter the state of [mindlessness]. If you want to get into a state of mindlessness, in other words, a state of theta waves, you don’t need to listen to the audio.
It is possible to enter the state of “no-mindlessness" (in other words, theta waves) by meditation or zazen without listening to audio, but I found it particularly effective when the sound was playing rather than when it was fading away.
During meditation I
You don’t realize that you’re in a state of mindlessness at the time, but you realize later that you’ve just entered it, and you re-focus in order to enter it again.
I’ve been repeating this cycle for a while now, but when I’m concentrating, the unexpected sound of the bell scares the hell out of me every time.
When I’m concentrating, the unexpected sound of the censer will startle me every time.
This process seems to make it easier to enter a deeper meditative state.
The sound of the censer can also prevent you from falling asleep during meditation.
About the sound
(1) Underwater sound
In addition to the sound of the oriental cuckoo, this product also includes an underwater sound so that you can use it even when there is noise around you, such as in your living environment.
The purpose of the underwater sound, which is intermittent in the low frequency range, is to effectively mask the ambient noise and make it easier to concentrate on the sound of the cocks.
The underwater sound gives you the feeling of meditating at the bottom of the deep sea, and the sound of the orin is like light coming in.
(2) About the sound of the corkscrew
It is a coincidence that the sound of the orioles on this album is said to resonate with the sixth chakra (the chakra related to intuition, called the third eye).
I found out that the sound of the orin is quite close to the solfeggio frequency of 852hz, which is said to resonate with the sixth chakra (the chakra related to intuition, called the third eye).
The sound of the solfeggio frequency is very close to the solfeggio frequency of 852hz.
Recorded files
The main story is about 35 minutes. Includes both versions with and without underwater sound.
It is available in wav, mp3, and m4a formats. Please use them according to your own playback environment.
