The game features smooth underwater swimming, crisp and responsive action, and speedy gun shooting. As she awakens her abilities, Margaret expands the scope of her search and discovers hidden passages and items by shooting, growing stronger and stronger. Set in the water-filled Tower of the Water God, the game beautifully, sometimes grotesquely, and slightly sexually depicts a girl who dives underwater without any diving gear.

The main character, Margaret, is supposed to be a noble warrior called the Guardian, a priest ordered by the gods to protect the Tower of the Water God.
