This is the first time I’ve recorded a scene of me breathing in my sleep.
It was recorded in front of the microphone without any editing or repetition.
It’s about 10 minutes of sleep breathing, lol.
I don’t think you’ll be able to listen to it with much concentration, but you can feel the changes in detail.
