A different history than the one we know, filled with countless steam engines.
It was a time of great change, a time of great change.

Among them, there was one place where the sky was considered the darkest.

The ruins of the former heavy engine city of New York, covered with perpetual gray clouds and rain.
A former skyscraper that was turned into ruins by an unexplained disaster called the “Great Disappearance" that occurred five years ago.
The United States government has completely sealed off the city, and now there is not a single human being in sight.
A woman – Elysia – steps into the city.
With one goal in mind.

The woman begins to walk quietly towards the old Manhattan, which is considered the center of the disaster.

Meanwhile–

In the meantime – – there is a place that is said to be “underground" in the former heavily-engineered city of New York.

No one above ground knows of its existence.

A vast underground space illuminated by a dim purple light.
The city of skyscrapers that disappeared five years ago existed there.
However, with great distortion.
Distortion into a different form, dyed black and purple shade.
There is no way out of that underground world.
In that underground world, dyed in black and purple shadows, people who should have disappeared certainly existed.

I was terrified by the footsteps of seven monsters called “angels".

The seven monsters, called angels, bring fear, pain, and death.

In the underground city of distortion, people continue to stay as if they are waiting for something.

And then a girl – Lily – steps in.
Without any of her memories.
For Lily, there is only one thing she knows.
I don’t know why.
What is there, and who is there?
I don’t even know why I think that.
And yet, there is only one.
